Client: Wickes Stores

Bone Wells Urbecon was retained to provide evidence in support of a planning application for the location of a Wickes DIY store on an ‘out of centre’ site in Sittingbourne. Having reviewed the planning context and surveyed comparable retail outlets, BWU undertook a retail impact analysis. In addition a survey of possible alternative sites closer to the town centre was carried out as part of a sequential test.
