Client: Counties of Wexford and Louth

In response to a growing market economy and consequent development pressures, Bone Wells Urbecon was commissioned to forecast floorspace requirements for each of the two county retail areas. This involved forecasting retail spending, derived from population and per capita spending projections. Given data on sales density of shops, we allocated floorspace requirements in relation shopper surveys and catchment areas.
