Client: Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea

BWU undertook a detailed, two part review of the labour market and routes to work for job seekers in Kensington and Chelsea.  The work involved research into local centres of employment, interviews with employers to establish their requirements and the support available to job seekers.  Provided recommendations on how to improve the support offering including a “no-cost” action plan.  Undertaken with TBR.
