Bone Wells Urbecon was instructed to prepare a planning application for a four-storey building, comprising 2,000 square metres of B1 and B8 uses on a run down site in Pensbury Place, in the London Borough of Lambeth. As a major development of more than 1,000 square metres, the application included the preparation of Sustainability and Renewable Energy Assessments, in addition to Planning, Design, Access, Transport and Daylight & Sunlight Statements.
