The aim of the study was to identify and develop a list of priority tourism infrastructure projects to promote economic and social development within the Greater Mekong Subregion. Bone Wells Urbecon provided economic and financial viability assessments of 15 infrastructure projects in Cambodia, Laos and Vietnam. High priority was given in the assessments to cost recovery and financial viability. The projects covered the fields of sanitation and waste water, drainage and solid waste, highway and provincial airport improvements, border crossings and passenger jetty development.
