Bone Wells Urbecon (Management Focus) undertook the pilot City Growth project in London South Central. Included customising the Porter/ICIC approach to the UK, undertaking a detailed analysis of the local economy, interviewing 100 businesses and preparing the strategy. The strategy document was launched by Prof Michael Porter and the Chancellor. The London South Central work was widely regarded as being the most robust and closest to the original model undertaken by the seven pilot projects.
