Economic Impact and Appraisal

We have carried out economic appraisals and impact assessments for a wide range of projects and activities.  On the one hand, these have included economic impact assessments of proposed tourism and leisure developments and, on the other hand, assessment of the impact of proposed policy changes or proposed major development on area economies or specific sectors, such as demand for housing.  Studies are carried out following Treasury Green Book guidelines and the latest guidance for RDAs in appraisal, delivery and evaluation.
