Bone Wells Urbecon undertook the market research work for this feasibility study for the South West Regional Development Agency led by Arup & Partners. A key element is the innovation centre, an incubation unit to provide a home and support for spin- outs from local universities and major companies, which was subject of specific market research. The consultancy conducted telephone interviews with the universities, high technology companies and other organisations involved in inward investment in the area.
