Bone Wells Urbecon assessed the socio-economic impact of permitting this proposed development on the local economy, and the scope for providing comparable development outside the National Park.

The study involved comparative assessment of Center Parcs and this holiday village and leisure facilities scheme. Subsequently planning permission was granted.
