Client: Diwan of Ruler’s Representative in the Eastern Province

While there are first class hotels in Al Ain, the tourism sector in this region of the Emirates is undeveloped. To produce a tourism development strategy, Bone Wells Urbecon made a detailed analysis of the sector, taking account of both relevant international and regional trends, and comparable tourism destinations. We also produced action plans for institutional, manpower and staffing development.
